Orientated to Migori District Hospital today & spent time at their TB clinic.  Pretty amazing how similar they manage TB compared to us.  Just a few small differences.  I felt very "at home."  It's 10:30 PM & I need to crash but wanted to share a few more pics from our great "mini-safari" to Ruma NP yesterday.
